Important: There is no payment on this page. Your project request is not a purchase or an accepted contract. Cara will review your questionnaire and confirm the exact scope, timeline, final price, and project-specific agreement before collecting a deposit or starting design work.
Website Service Terms — Overview
Pricing & payment
Once both parties approve and sign the project-specific agreement, 50% of the agreed project price is due before work begins; the remaining 50% is due at the agreed final-approval milestone. No payment is taken at the questionnaire stage.
Revisions & delivery
The $350 package includes one consolidated revision round; the $650 and $850 packages include two. Delivery timing is confirmed after reviewing the scope, supplied materials and schedule. New features or changes outside that scope are quoted separately.
Additional costs
Domains, hosting, third-party subscriptions, paid integrations, store checkouts, customer accounts, custom booking tools and extra content work may involve separate costs. No outside purchases occur without your approval.
Cancellation & refunds
Before work begins, payments are refundable except authorized nonrefundable third-party expenses where permitted by law. After work begins, documented completed work may be earned; any unearned portion is assessed for refund according to the signed agreement and applicable law.
Deliverables & ownership
After full payment, you receive ownership or the usage rights described in your signed agreement for the completed deliverables. Ready-to-customize demo designs may be nonexclusive, and third-party assets remain subject to their licenses.
Quality & follow-up
We check agreed functionality, navigation and responsive layout before launch and offer a complimentary 30-day post-launch check-in for verified concerns involving the agreed deliverables. Rankings, sales and bug-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
